How exactly does this unique webshop work?

You DON’T place your order with us, PTMD collection®, but with a Style Partner in your local area. You can select one of our Style Partners yourself with our storelocator. By placing an order and paying for it, the articles will be reserved with us for the relevant Style Partner. When the Style Partner has the articles in stock, we will reserve it there for you. The retailer will contact you once the order is ready for collection.

Is everything in stock?

Taking into account a 1-day delay, everything that you can see in the webshop is in stock at PTMD collection®. When an article has sold out, the photograph will not disappear from the webshop until the following day. When you order an article, you will have a "live" view of the current stock. However, because of the 1-day delay, it might be the case that the product is actually sold out, purchased by someone else. The photograph will no longer be visible the following day.
